Hi Chris
If someone told a story which if true would devalue your assets, would you be thanking them for their insight or calling them a bs artist? For example, what if they told you that your house was built on unstable ground and was at risk of collapse?
It all comes down to the science behind the statement, but wouldn't you like the opportunity to pass on a doomed asset to a chump before things get nasty?
