well the JV partner is going to fund the DFS ,no one is going to give this co. money now, a cap raise is just not possible , so many poor decisions have been made here, they were first doing a DFS for 10 m/t later added to it a 20m/t as well , then he drops the 10m/t and goes with the 20m/t , cans the DFS six weeks from completion, then has a strategic review to tell you they have decided on 11m/t (why not 10m/t) they must have done a very Indepth analysis to add an extra 1m/t on or did they just want it to look a bit different to the initial plan of 10m/t.
wouldn't surprise me if they shut shop and move on
