HIO story is no different to a multitude of other projects on the ASX that have been squeezed by a rising cost of capital and rising input costs, it is along list. But this pincer movement is slowing now, inflation slowing, rates rises slowing/ending
But it does seem HIO newsflow was particularly juicy on the rise to $500 mill mkt cap, sucking investors in, so I can understand the disappointment that it looks like a pack of lies in hindsight as seems parties just walked away.
The clean Iron Ore story is the reason to be here, technicals remain bleak although there maybe room for a bounce towards 7.7 (capital raising price), but that is going to be a wall until something real is inked you would think.
