My understanding is that they are looking to transact at the asset level with a partner and retain an ownership interest to a more advanced stage possibly production.
From previous conversations with the company they have referred me to the Iron Bridge JV deal done by Fortescue as the best guide around what they're trying to achieve
I think given how HIO is progressing on SP it's amazing there's been no movement in the IRD SP.
