O think management needs to get on the front foot a little more, not to be hype promoters, but to differentiate themselves as the credible alternative, so that any further fund raising between now and a transaction has as little dilutive effect as possible.

As for HIO - I see the hype this is getting as being positive for IRD because more eyes on the area will eventually attract smart patient capital to IRD

MGT - have you heard of any developments in relation to how the new Labor SA govt is going to go with mining and green steel opps?

The SA labor govt kicked off the renewables and Hornsdale Power Reserve big battery while in office previously. They have already emphasised their support for the hydrogen development in Whyalla. My gut is that infrastructure and development around Iron ore mining and other commodities will receive more support than has been the case over the last 4 years.
