if the parameters demonstrate a significant deposit that is cheap to mine in an industry that will always be relevant, albeit fluctuant, then why can't they trade over a billion with a fraction of their NPV? I guess sentiment plays a huge part, and magnetite has always been the ugly sibling to hematite given the cost to production. But there are still hugely profitable magnetite companies around, and the shift to higher grade ore may change that sentiment.
