HiQ - Setup at play

An interesting piece of technology that HiQ have commercialized giving individuals, sporting teams and doctors much needed unbiased information to assess in an effort to better prevent, manage and treat concussion and subsequent illnesses that may come as a result.

It's only a matter of time until we see serious litigation take place from ex players / families on the sporting bodies that control the game and to better protect the individual and sporting leagues they are going to have to adopt better measures and reporting standards to not only assist the athlete in making more informed decisions with medical experts, but to also negate insurance premiums and substantive payouts as a result of negligence and not taking such actions.

I think this technology has a genuine application that will only accelerate in a very short period of time. Business is already generating cashflows and when the market starts to see this accelerate, the market will latch on!

Current share price + qtrly cash burn sees the company with a $10mil EV. Decided to pick up a few on Friday and happy to keep adding at the current price.

Having a look at tech technical setup at play - Post listing in July coming on at a premium we have seen a steady sell down as those looking for a quick profit / longer term pre IPO holders wanting liquidity have moved on.

Daily setup we witnessed capitulation selling on low volume earlier in the week when market volatility as a whole increased. Since then some decent news delivered has brought in some good buy side interest.

Price action is on the cusp of moving back into the range where 18c is the top side target. Once this is taken out the 20c IPO price will see action and then it's game on as I think price action will likely move hard and fast. MACD is crossed positive and now on a path back to the 0 control line.

A lot to like about the current setup offering plenty of value down here for those interested in the story to pick up stock below the IPO price and with a couple of nice announcements in the bag.
