    I went to the peace museum in Hiroshima for the 2nd time in my life in September last year.

    Until you actually go and see it you have no idea what sort of an atrocity the nuclear bombs were.

    The museum is very well put together. Just the facts. Looks at Japans wars with Russia and China and admits they were quite the aggressor. Goes on to display all the facts that led up to Hiroshima etc, and then displays a lot of stats in relation to how many nukes there are in the world.

    It is quite an emotionally draining experience to be honest, and one I suggest everyone should make before they comment too much on the merits of nuclear weapons.

    The bombs have drastically changed Japan. These days they are all about keeping the peace...
