It's alleged that Ricky LeBlanc used $1,000,000 of the company's (ie shareholders) money to pay a "supplier" in exchange for sex. The issue seems to be that nobody who should know, has any idea what she has actually supplied to the company.
If this turns out to be true, does anyone really think that someone with that level of entitlement should be running the company ? If it turns out to be true, does anyone really think it's the only time he has misused company funds ?
Forget the tabloid sideshow, if these allegations are true, the guy could be going to prison for fraud. What does the major shareholder do in that situation ?
