Correct ... except it is just a little different this time ... That's because just before the suspension the notarisation / registration of the ML seemed to be dragging on and on for no apparent reason ... And then we found out it was because in the background all hell had been building up between Genorah and the communities and was just about to explode.

At least this time, those particular background problems seem to have been resolved, and they won't be a hidden impediment to registration progress ... after which, the end game should shortly begin !

Of course you are right to point out that the matter of who will pay the increased VAT could provide another internal bun-fight ... but hopefully that will be nothing in scale compared to the issues that have just been sorted out.

Nothing is South Africa goes according to schedule or time-frames ... and with this company, there always seems to be another " surprise" in store ... but things are definitely moving in the right direction now.
