P205 refers to phosphorus. % value refers to the amount of phosphate in the sample expressed as a % value. 100% would be pure and 0% would be no phosphate at all...
So the higher the % of phosphate the better quality it is, hence, better value of land you are sitting on...
anywhere above 20% is a good grade from initial analysis, but it would need to be at around 35% purity in order to be commercially viable, so that means extracting the phosphate out of the ground at say 23%, then using benificiation and other means in order to increase the purity to 35% so that it is commercially viable.
