Who cares! it's just a number of little real repute, to date CO2 has been shown to have no measurable effect (except under post normal scientific ideology)on climate present or in climate prediction.
As a hypotheses still (solidly so)it currently has a long way to go to reach the next level.
Alien landings, crystal power, crop circles, ghosts, raiky, homeopathy, air eaters, hard case parapillia....AGW even morphed now into the more climate realist placating 'climate change' are all the same damaged psychological animal at any individual human.
Who cares the CO2 number and why should they? leave it to the dangerously gullible, sociopath and bank account filling cohorts of human beings.
