As much as I love this deposit, I've never referred to it as Tier 1 - the term gets thrown around far too often. IMO Tier 1 either needs to be be highly strategic (e.g. $NXE.to Arrow deposit can supply 20% of global primary supply of uranium with just 1500tpd operation) or capable of generating US$1Bln annual cash flows over 20+ yrs... Rupice would need 40Mt of the high grade material (2Mpta over 20 yrs) to be Tier 1.
