There's always method to the madness. Trust the management otherwise you'll really go fruity loops. Let's hope they are on the final touches of wrapping up the land expansion before revealing what the drill bit has surfaced. I'm sure PT doesn't have a direct line, just does a lot of homework. Plenty to be excited about in the short term!
