Yep, Obama has a horrid record on foreign policy. He negotiates with terrorists, swaps high level ISIS commanders in Gitmo for a US deserter, arms other terrorist groups to fight ISIS, withdrew from Iraq prematurely, was way too slow to act when ISIS started to invade Iraq, and the best he has done against ISIS is drop a few bombs on a few Toyota Hilux's.
There is no guarantee he has this right, on past performance, you would have to say he has done the opposite of what is good.
All that said, if Iran were to develop nukes, at least they are Shiites. By far the lesser evil in the warped Islamic political ideology.
