Good luck enforcing a minority shareholders rights, although corporations act specifically targets equality to this class of holder, ASIC seems not to want to enforce it, LCY is no exeption, even if ASIC wont hold them accountable for the famous 200 loc ann. LCY is more of a pty ltd company now, will wait till June and if tHen no progress will take the huge loss of prob 90%. To those dumping ATM, you are obviously realists already come to the obvious conclusion haha.
