.. yes yes yes ! ... we get to greatly improve patients outcomes , to extend their quality & length of life ... with a vastly cheaper , far far easier to implant product than the incumbent industry standards ...

And if , as a corollary of that we make $ 2 B or $ 5 Billion for ourselves , that's just a mildly pleasant bonus ...
