Cato, your example makes little sense? Bilby info has already been released sure it can change / improve but we were originally talking about proteus?
if bilby finds another target it will get released to asx when they find it...
if they strike gas at proteus it will be released to asx. they cannot pick and choose to coincide results...
if proteus is a duster, info has to be released to asx.
