historical highs

Hi, thought it time for a new thread, whilst we wait.
A look back to 2008 suggests AKK peaked around 0.36 pre GFC.

Two quick questions:
. does anyone know if there has been any share dilution since 2008 and how big where they? apart from 25 m cap raising of recent.
. what kind of flows per day are possible with the assets we are currently engaging with?

This last question is very speculative I appreciate but I would be very keen to hear what the forum thinks is possible by say December 2012.
