    Jax if mananged right $1+ was always going to happen and i have been involved from day dot ,so i know what they have and what should have been achieved by now.If you knew what i and quite a few others know ,you would be saying the same thing...

    It's not about QMN, it's about HR and the board..I personally thought this SP would happen five months ago but i am amazed HR let it get to this....He isn't the man for the job,simple as that..
