that's the whole issue - what has happened to the Hexima JV and the product that ACR was developing there?, who bore what costs, who ended up with the product to date of "JV dissolution", what if any costs were reimbursed by Hexima, what about conflicts of interest at the time??. lots of questions that need to be answered IMO (and wonder if auditors have looked at that?).
in any event by zeroing in on the generic market they are in effect going to compete with like products that will no doubt be able to be produced cheaper than ACR can with the "perceived" higher costs they run with - not to mention the advantage of being out there already. In addition what confidence have I got that they will be able to market any product - not much!. and the time frame with which these pipeline products will be trotted out - even they really don't have much idea given the "investor presentations".
yeah one hopes that things will turn around but with the same management at the helm with their own MO what are the chances - unless they change MO?? Changes at the top unfortunately for me have not translated to more transparency nor into confidence in the company going forward and should the returns from Axiron reduce then take your pick as to the year that dividends may recommence. all IMO so DYOR and form your own opinions.
