Our only real hope of things changing is if there is a takeover. If the current crew were going to make any changes, apart from boosting their own pay, it would have happened by now.
So I think we can assume that the whole show is just going to going to keep on going. To use a sailing metaphor the crew are all under the weather from celebrations the night before and the tiller has been lashed to the deck. Just got to hope that rocky outcrop does not appear again, and somehow we get blown onto the beach in a safe harbor by blind luck
As to the Hexima, I think you wont find out. They are too scared to discuss their plans let alone their dirty laundry!
