Yes they are receiving benefits for their failure, not partaking in it as they should!! And next year its probably more of the same when they set an even lower bar to hurdle for their next rise

I am disappointed, but not that surprised, we have fallen further, but I guess there are plenty of holders that have probably sensibly decided the end of the patent protection is an irrecoverable event.

I am looking forward to the next Axiron numbers. Ultimately how fast they deteriorate is going to be critical given any new products are likely to cost a fortune and take a long time.

I suppose winning any appeal would be a big boost, but probably too much to hope for.
