Yes will contact them and see what data they have available. Weather patterns and rainfall tend be cyclical in nature and conform to laws of periodicity. By examining what cycles have occurred in the past and their duration we can figure where we are in the current cycle. But will need 50 to 90 years of data to construct a good historical chart
