Good luck with ASIC - I wont hold my breath - I have had about 4 dealings with them - nice letters and never get anywhere. I can give you a list of companies that just don't seem to get pulled up, the first response very promising then it goes cold - in the end you will have to take your own action.
It seems to me that the predatory legal firms get the settlements but ASIC did not do anything in those cases.
