Don't mistake not caring for a judicious application of sitting on ones hands, seriously, what do you propose we do? Even your lawyer has in probably a very polite and expensive way told you to cool your heels for a bit. There can be no benefit to doing anything other than simply waiting, and crossing ones fingers and toes.
