The saddest thing about HC is that very often it gets personal and instead of being unhappy with the company , which after all is said and done -has not provided the information to make a valid decision and by way of their behaviour has got the company suspended is supported.

Really all of you have investments - you all have sufficient things to be unhappy about and now you see it easier to call each other names ... Really does that help is it constructive ...

Leave the anger at home you may well need to support each other if this deal does not happen.

Sorry been there with EGO and MEL ... each person has a right to their opinion and to report any corporate action to whom they want. If the company has behaved as it should then the regulatory authority would give them a clean bill of health - they have not in this case and the share is suspended. They have good cause the deal has failed to settle on due date.

Really its the directors who have not been able to satisfy the authorities not anyone on this forum ...

I dont believe in TOU so would rather leave it to the parties to think about their comments.
