You have to question/wander why it would take nearly a month to amend a sales document, that's already written up, only requiring a few amendments to then be re-announced to market?

Is antares completely overhauling their sales agreement into a takeover agreement? Can't see why it would take so long otherwise.

As far as I'm aware, we're only waiting on Antares at this point. When the amendments are made clear via the next announcement, does the extension for the private equity buyer commence then? Or has it started during this time?

I'm going to be so upset if the extension is for 3 months, and does not commence until Antares releases the next announcement.
