Yeah Joe. It's quite disgusting. Only waiting on Antares. It's quite obvious they are delaying amendments/and making an announcement all on purpose.
If i was the private equity buyer, i'd be asking WTF is going on... where's the amendments? Hey, Antares, is this deal still on? It's been a month since you said you'd amend the sales deal.....
