I have been researching this stock for sometime now but am having difficulty in acquiring information. It appears there was a reconstruction at some point but cannot find details, nothing seems to add up. What was the stock pricing at ipo in 2009? Etc.
It seems shareholders are deeply unhappy with management and I can only assume this is due to Capitol raising(s). I do understand that the chairman owns around 60% of the stock on issue and would think this a good thing?
Any help with factual information would be greatly appreciated,
