    Sam chan is not 25% down. He own so much the SP would mean very little to him plus he gets interest paid to him.
    If he can manage 1 or 2 more raising he can just take it over and start mining. The fundamentals are all there, it just gets so diluted that hes the only one getting anything from it. Its a shame really.
