It makes no sense for the court battle to continue other than SMM feeling that they can crush AVQ with the expense of ongoing legal costs. AVQ have everything in the bag so as to attract SMM to seriously consider a JV (if they haven't already). Connect this to the smelter discussions and it makes even more sense. And of course, what is also interesting is that we on this forum don't seem to be considering OTHER possible JV's with OTHER interested parties. The potential of AVQ is simply too big not to attract OTHER interest...
