I guess Eugene, the sophisticated investors and bod are hell bent on keeping Ryobal out simply so their lack of effort is not exposed to holders. Very pathetic company staff. I am sure Ryobal, having a financial interest could/would gave turned this around.
Directors maybe just want this company to wind up to hide their pathetic work ethics.
