Here is a summary of the ann's which relate to the expected assay results... I know the story, just wanted to see trading patterns leading up to each ANN since, June...

MAJOR ANN
Inital Assays announced (surface samples)
22nd June - (Open .051, High .081, Close .071)
3 weeks prior trading (High .052, Low .050) - no run up...

MINOR ANN
Expands Tenements
29th June - (Open .06, High .065, Close .063)

MINOR ANN
Update on Drilling Program
8th Aug - (Open .053, High, .054, Close .053)

Market Capitulation
16th Aug - (Open .038, High .038, Low .03)

MINOR ANN
Uranium Update
3rd Oct - (Open .046, High .047, Close .041)

MAJOR ANN
Exploration Update

Having looked at these, i note that prior to each Major Ann (mainly the initial ann and the one on 29th October, this stock did not run up at all, which is strange, given that back in June, it was highly likely results would have been well and truly available well before now). People in the know, knew it wasn't the right time to park money in MKY. The run up between Aug 8 and Oct can be taken from the analysis, as it was just the stock, like many others, returning to close to fair value of the capitulation.

Since 3rd December Ann, it has actually started to gather some steam, however, nothing that significant (it is only up 10% with results due any minute).

Wonder what this all means...

A.
Does it mean, there is a leak, and only small players driving the price up now.. Unlikely, as the volume has significantly increased.

B.
Does it mean, there is a leak and only "priveleged / lucky" are in on it and accumulating - this looks possible given trading patterns. Maybe a potential JV partner (or person) starting to take a little stake to show they are serious about moving forward with MKY... I can't see that increase in volume been from small punters, not can i see it been from existing ann's... it is related solely to the information on the move now...

C.
Does it mean, there is no leak... Highly unlikely, as it would be up circa 30-40% plus minimum if the results are even reasonable.

I am lobbing for Option B, which tells me the results are pretty damn good (and so potentially, is the JV partner). Testing is not a 5 minute task, and often, if test results are seen as spurious (either much higher / lower than was expected or is the norm), then they are re-tested.

The people in the know are now beginning to park money in MKY, whilst at the same time, ensuring that it doesn't run too hard, too fast and get done over and over by day traders...

In my mind, the sequence of events all reads well for an excellent rise leading up to, and the weeks after the results are published. However, i am just one punter and in case they don't get the chocolates, better you do your own look / see..
