History Of HWK

Hey Guys,
I am new to this site, newly invested in Hawkstone, and fairly new to trading in general. Currently studying options trading.

I was researching Lithium penny stocks, and came across HWK. Big Sandy sparked my initial interest in the company, and then found out about Lone Pine and King Solomon, which solidified my intentions of investing.

While tracing back to the genesis of the companies stock price, I found myself zooming out, and zooming out, until I was looking at prices tipping over $300 000 dollars per stock in the early 90's.

How does a companies SP go from being so high, down to a penny stock over the years? What the hell happened in 1996 when the price went from the hundreds of thousands to six thousand in a matter of a month or so?

I'm sure there are several factors, but would this partially be the result of excessive dilution?

I tried digging up some news online from then, but didn't find much, given those were the first years of the internet. I figured someone on here could save me a trip to the library to dig up newspaper articles

If any of you old heads have info on where to find some history on HWK, it'd be greatly appreciated.
If we could get the price back up around the $200,000 mark, it would be greatly appreciated too.
