I’m just trying to look into the doc, Michael Ruanne, and can’t find a lot. I can see that he owns Kesli Chemicals, which have a strong interest in RWD. I also see that he became CEO of Echo Resources, now delisted after a compulsory takeover offer from Northern Star Resources.

As there were seemingly a lot of unhappy shareholders at Echo, should we expect a similar occurrence here? Also, what do Kesli do?

Note: Not trying to stir up fear or make accusations. The fundamentals of RWD look pretty solid to me
