Niplats changed it's name to Speewah which then changed it's name to KRC.
So they are the same company.
Niplats discovered one of the biggest Vanadium deposits in the world but unfortunately the cost of setting up a mine proved to be too expensive at this point in time.
KRC still has this vanadium and hopefully they can sell it off one day or find a joint venture partner who can take it to a mine stage.
They changed their name to King River Copper because they decided at this point in time it would be in their best interests to concentrate on their copper interests.
