SP. Maybe you should have a closer look at companies that have consolidated, the biggest percentage of them go on to fall even further after the consolidation. The fact of the matter is, if the company is continually going to the market for money and the shareholders holding value is not increasing accordingly. The companies management skills are most likely Questionable (to put it in a polite way)
