History is repeating itself, Mangano was the CFO at VDM during their acquisition spree. Failing to integrate multiple businesses into one, at today's SP of 0.2c VDM has never recovered.
Destroying $40-50M of shareholder value, surely a couple of the Board will have to follow Mangano out the door soon.
