    Yes , underdemand for issue 4 to 1 sell ratio on rights , continual sell down , by those not wanting to pump more money into this leaky ballon . Trading of rights indicates 4 cent share price after heavy weight of huge issue is over .Possibly shortfall of uptake & underwritter left with take-up that they could possibly sell into market .Why not try to pick them up sub 4 cents post issue
