Rick Rule recently commented that we are in a phase where gold will make higher lows and higher highs but be constrained to the upside for another 12-18 months with lots of volatility along the way.

Longer term he is obviously bullish and is advising investors to enter here (quality junior miners) for out-sized gains over a multi-year horizon.

He makes a huge amount of sense in his editorial and is basically saying that China, Russia, et al that have long awaited an opportunity to unseat the USA as the dominant global 'bully' are now sensing weakness and taking tangible geo-political/ financial steps to nip at the USA's heels.

IMO we're living through historically significant times.
