Well, in 2015 they intended to issue a truckload of new shares at 1c each to repay the Siderian loan. The offering fell 98% short. Since then they gave away Mt. Mulgine and Big Hill for a song. Then they consolidated 50 old shares into 1 new share. Guess what they intend to do now. Issue another truckload of new shares at 1c each to repay the Siderian loan!
