    No, IMHO the ones (Major holders that is), are trying to accumulate as many shares as they can while telling us that the Court Case might cause us some grief.

    There will have to come a day that either the ASX and/or ASIC will start asking question as to how long this saga is allowed to go on while totally unabated.
