I fully agree with that. The good gains will come in the first few years when the mines are being developed and people are greedy to get in on the action.

First good point to sell out may be just before production starts as then we may be hit with unexpected potholing of the ore body (like PLA)or a delay in achieving the efficiency targets.

The opportunity to get back in is if there is a fall in sp from the issues above where one can again make a good gain as the mining process is fine tuned.

Following that we will be at the mercy of the PGM prices, market movements etc and there may be better places to invest in. Waiting around for $10 may make you very wealthy, but you can also lose everything. Some greed is good, but we should never go for overkill. A$2.50-A$3 is a good exit point for me based on current prospects and good luck to those that can make more.
