    Thank you for this information. I bought in over 1/2 million shares when Nick came on board and still hold them. I was hoping that Nick & the board could buy RIM out, sadly that cannot happen now. Lets hope they can negioate a better deal with another interested party.

    I for one will await instruction from the board and believe they will act in the best interests of the shareholders.

    Shareholders, hold your nerve on this one. The company is worth more.
