    I think it depends on how much resources they have.

    If it is a one man show it would be difficult.

    But if they have someone to do all the heavy work while they sit on top occasionally then they can direct several
    eg Tony Sage

    Could be a benefit if there were any synergies

    But as you say would want to know if the increased workload will detract from OTE
