What is the shell company you mentioned and really what is the substance of what you say Asic should be awake for.
Fact is you have a totally new management on board and if you have a look over the credentials they posses you would be bloody happy this holding is now in mining.
As I said earlier look at the surrounding companies mkt caps and add in the skills the new management brings and you are onto something great.
My word of warning would be for people to believe in the benevolence of some random poster. Have a look through the Ann's and the history of the new directors. Onto a winner here
