re: hit 10% up- and building I think that Techsuccess ahs stopped selling or has run out of shares to sell. Yesterday someone was continually buying parcels at 39 and sellers feeding it. The only reasons you would do that is if you picked it up a lot cheaper or you were desperate for some cash.

What surprises me is that there has been no notice of change in substantial holding for a while. Apparently this is the responsibility of the shareholder and not the company.
