Must admit this one has me a bit confused. Would like to know how the board is managing these conflicts. For instance, the Maui CEO will have intimate knowledge of status of negotiations with banks, and knowledge that it would appear sharholders have not been fully advised of.
Perhaps this means it is a screaming buy in the 50's compared with 65 cents that they may pay via the put-call.
Or are they just blocking MND? I would have thought capital was too expensive for such action.
Anyway, probably have to weight for July.
