well oils aint oils and beef aint beef and lamb aint mutton ..
watso cannot really recall buying beef from spudshed previously - but but someone told watso that they had bought some rtc beef from spudshed - and it was no good ..
lol lol lol watso recalls eating beef in the food room at goldsworthy - and the meat was tougher than watso's boot .. lucky that there was an an unlimited amount of sweets - and watso would gorge on the ice-cream
anyway - about 2 weeks ago watso cooked a couple of the marinated beefs (about 1kg each) in his solar cooker - and they cooked well .. but more like mutton (in relation to lamb) ..
anyway - yesterday was another perfect day for some solar cooking .. so watso cooked three packets of vacuum sealed meat, that had got lost in the fridge ..
two packs were TOPSIDE BLADE (or whatever) .. marked down from about $17 to about $3.50..
omg - it was tender, and melt in your mouth stuff .. watso forgets the weight - but probably about 350 to 500 gm each.... .. and watso kept all the juices
